Tally ERP 9 • Production XML Exchange
File-only integration for Tally.ERP 9 Series A Release 6.2. No connector, no PowerShell service and no Tally port exposure.
Tally company & ledger mapping
These names must match the ledger names already created in your Tally company. SDS will not guess accounting ledgers.
GST treatment is derived from the SDS company GSTIN and the party GSTIN. For transaction export, a valid GSTIN/state determination is required.
1. SDS → Tally • Masters
Exports active customers as Sundry Debtors and vendors as Sundry Creditors.
2. SDS → Tally • Transactions
Exports Completed sales quotes as Sales invoices and Received/Completed purchase orders as Purchase invoices.
3. Tally → SDS • Master Import
Import Tally All Masters XML. Sundry Debtors update Customers, Sundry Creditors update Vendors, and Stock Items update Products. Review the preview, then confirm before anything is written to SDS. Vouchers, invoices and accounting transactions are never imported.
Data Backup
Export the current SDS Enterprises data as a backup. This deployment connects directly to the existing Supabase database; no QuoteFlow import is required.
